Lil Uzi Vert kicked off 2019 by saying that he retired from music and that he wishes he could wake up in 2013. This most likely comes from the reported label issues he’s been dealing with at Atlantic Records. Last week, a fan told Uzi he needs to come back to music and he replied by saying he can’t.
It isn’t looking like Uzi is changing his mind anytime soon as he posted an Instagram Story saying that he’s still retired. This also comes after he was expected to release his sophomore album “Eternal Atake” this year. The first track released in preparation for this project was in 2018 with “New Patek.”
