In recent years, Scottie Beam has risen to prominence as a media personality. Not only is she a podcaster, she is also a TV host. She is rising to fame as the co-host of Revolt’s “State of the Culture,” starring rap veterans, Joe Budden and Remy Ma.

Scottie Beam is a young woman who has become a powerful voice in this feminist movement. However, some people are trying to use her past against her. Some old tweets have resurfaced of her making racist tweets about her fellow black women.

First of all, people need to realize these tweets were from 2011, making her barely an adult. When people are in their early-to-mid 20s, few of them know who are what they want to be, meaning their opinions can vastly change. Given what Scottie Beam was saying about black women, clearly her ideals have changed over the course of eight years.
