Mustard made his name as DJ Mustard, back in 2011, producing Tyga’s “Rack City,” recreating a genre, in the process. The rise of DJ Mustard, leading to him signing with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, coincided with Migos, who have become one of hip hop’s biggest names. Recently, Mustard linked with Migos for “Pure Water” as their joint single.
