Back in 2015, Quilly looked like he was the next Philly rapper to blow. A lot has changed, since then, with Quilly spending some time behind bars. To start 2019, Quilly is fresh out of jail, and looking to pick up where he left off.
A lot has changed since Quilly was first locked up, though. In many ways, he is coming back to an entirely new game. The phrase “no cap,” for an example, went over Quilly’s head, and he was on IG Live asking what “bap” was.
Quilly did an IG Live, earlier this afternoon, and he was going in on everybody. Promising smoke for all the battle rappers, male and female, Quilly started cursing out the fans commenting on his live. Over on Twitter, the fans are saying Quilly just provided the funniest Live of all-time.
