All week, boxing fans have been hyped, anticipating Canelo Alvarez and Rocky Fielding facing off. The two fought, not even ten minutes ago, and it’s already over. Fans are all over Canelo, because he definitely did his thing.
But, real boxing fans are tight, because they wanted to actually see a fight. In the end, Canelo came through with the win, and this is good for his legacy. On Twitter, the fans have had a lot to say about this whole fight, but some don’t even want to call it a fight.
Canelo won the fight in a third round knockout, furthering his wins total, so the fans were all over that. But, the real boxing fans say the matchup with Rocky was a mismatch. Those are the ones calling the fight “trash,” “weak,” and “garbage.”
