The past couple of years have seen Dallas truly become a force on the hip hop landscape. For some time, the potential has been there, but now the artists are breaking through. It looked like Trap Boy Freddy was going to be the one to put the city on.
Despite those honors going to Yella Beezy, Trap Boy Freddy has continued to do his thing. The city has much love for both rappers and the work they have put in. Unfortunately, the police didn’t have any love for Trap Boy Freddy, according to an eyewitness.
Trap Boy Freddy was literally beaten by the police, as they were arresting him. A man filmed the whole thing and said the cops threatened to shoot him if he didn’t put his phone down. He says they beat Trap Boy Freddy for no apparent reason.
