LeBron James talks receiving warm welcome from Cleveland, in his return, as the Lakers played the Cavaliers, and got the win #NBAonESPN [VIDEO]

Eight years ago, LeBron James made his return to Cleveland, after leaving the team for the Miami Heat. During the offseason, LeBron had people guessing. While he was tempted by free agency, he promised to bring the Cavaliers a championship.

Instead going to Miami, LeBron James spent the next four years being hated by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Even the owner, Dan Gilbert, got into the frenzy, speaking bad on James. They all had to eat those words, in 2014, when LeBron returned, giving them the 2016 title.

In 2018, LeBron James left for the Lakers, but the Cavs and their fans love him, this time around. Fulfilling his promise of delivering a championship, LeBron also has three other Finals appearances. Tonight, he was showered with applause, when he returned to Cleveland, where his Lakers won, and he discussed this with Doris Burke, post-game.
