Expectations were high for the Boston Celtics, after Kyrie Irving arrived, via trade. Many people looked forward to the Celtics/Cavs showdown, now headlined by LeBron vs. Kyrie. Unfortunately, after a strong regular season, Kyrie Irving got injured and missed the playoffs.

Kyrie Irving is more than making up for being missing, with his play this season. The Celtics are number two in the East, behind the Raptors, just like last year. Also, just like last year, the Celtics are getting the best of Toronto, except Kawhi is the leading man, not DeRozan.

Following his 43 point effort, including 23 in the fourth quarter, and overtime, Kyrie Irving spoke with Doris Burke. During the interview, he discussed his second half play. He also explained what it felt like to get this comeback win.
