Well, the beef is on, now, and there is no turning back. For close to a year, Cardi B and Nicki Minaj downplayed having issues with each other. The idea of them even having beef came off as dumb to some people, because two successful female rappers should not be rivals.
Early on, Nicki Minaj gave Cardi B props, and then the two ended up on the same track. That very track, Migos’ “Motorsport,” ended up causing the beef. Finally, things came to a head, when the rappers came together, during NYFW.
After Hennessy Carolina, Cardi B’s younger sister, called Nicki Minaj out, over the weekend, Nicki spoke out. On Instagram, Rah Ali spoke out for her friend. Now, Cardi B is responding to Nicki Minaj’s claims about the video, how the fight went down, and much more.
