The past three years have seen Meek Mill go through all kinds of ups and downs. Fresh out of prison, things were looking up for Meek, who had just gotten with Nicki Minaj. But, just when he was getting on track with the music, he and Drake got into that beef.
After the beef, Meek Mill found himself going back to prison, which ruined all of his plans. Since then, Meek Mill found himself as the butt of jokes, but his music changed all of that. Now, he is back on the upswing, and back on good terms with Drake.
Meek Mill is seeing his whole situation turn around, as Billboard is now honoring him. The Philadelphia rapper is the R&B/Hip Hop Power Players Impact Award recipient. This leads to him closing 2018 out in a very big way.
