This morning, people took what Garcelle Beauvais said the wrong way, and what she did. Today is Will Smith’s birthday, so the entertainment industry is all celebrating him. So, Garcelle Beauvais shared an image from a love scene the two had, wishing him a happy birthday.
Immediately, messy fans got into the mix, and they asked Garcelle how she felt about Jada wanting smoke. Clearly, she was joking in her response, which was “Bring it lol.” But, the internet loves controversy, so she decided to get ahead of it.
Garcelle Beauvais has now tweeted about her birthday post. She wants it clear it was a joke for Will Smith and nothing more. Realizing the joke was a joke gone wrong, she apologized to anyone she offended.
