A decade ago, Rev Run was actually one of the biggest names in the industry. Obviously, music wasn’t what was keeping Rev Run in the spotlight, but one of his old songs was. Not only was “Run’s House” one of his biggest hits, but it was also the title of his MTV series.
As popular as “Run’s House” was, introducing Vanessa, Angela, Jojo, and Diggy, and helping them gain fame, it was short-lived. A spin-off, starring the sisters came and went. Nine years later, Angela Simmons is the most-known member of the family.
Rev Run and Justine Simmons recently visited Shade 45, where they sat down with Sway. Speaking with “Sway In The Morning,” they spoke on their upcoming series. On Netflix, they have “All About The Washingtons,” a family sitcom, airing.
