Reinventing oneself is an important thing, when longevity is the key. In the case of N.O.R.E., he is a rapper of twenty years, best-known for his 2002 single, “Nothin’,” featuring Pharrell. The current generation knows him best for the “Drink Champs” podcast.
N.O.R.E. has managed to withstand the test of time. Much of this has come from his interviews, which have been regarded as classics. The interviews are really conversations, as N.O.R.E. knows the people, and they shared memories.
Recently, N.O.R.E. spoke to Hot 97, sitting down with Ebro, Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez. The conversation was about hip hop’s control and he said they should control the media. Talking Biggie, he said B.I.G. ignored him, and tried to sign Capone.
