In 2012, Nas dropped Life is Good and it was considered by many to be a classic album. The album was four years in the making and Nas’ hiatus made people want his music more. Giving the people what they wanted, Nas said he had two more albums in him.
Despite that, Nas didn’t return in 2013 with an album. Instead, six years would pass before Nas put out any new music. His time off saw him working on many business ventures, with a few of his companies being sold to Amazon for millions.
Announcing he’s back to work, Nas announced he’s got his next album completed. When he was speaking on his Nasir album, Nas gave props to Kanye West for being a legendary producer. He boasts that Kanye had his album completed in one week, while working on all the other Wyoming albums.
