Bump J has held Chicago down, for some time, and seems to be on the upswing, once again. Back in 2004-2005, and in 2011-2012, he seemed like he would break through. Every six years seems to be his thing, so maybe 2018 will be his time, as he drops I Don’t Feel Rehabilitated as his latest mixtape, featuring nine new tracks.
