J. Cole sold 395,000 copies, in his first week, with #KOD album

Last week, J. Cole released KOD, his fifth studio album. However, his album release was flying under the radar, due to all of the focus on the new music from Cardi B, Drake, and Nicki Minaj. Also, Kanye West has been making a lot of noise.

It turns out, J. Cole has been, too, as KOD has performed well, in its first week. There is also extra promo, as J. Cole’s “ATM” is the official song of the 2018 NBA Playoffs. With his music everywhere, the interest is up.

J. Cole did well, in his first week, actually outperforming Cardi B’s impressive first week results. The numbers are in and J. Cole has moved 395,000 copies, in his first week. These numbers have him already close to gold.
