Not too long ago, K. Michelle was the “Love & Hip Hop” success story, as she bucked the trend. Reality shows, like these, were seen as a place where once-relevant stars remain relevant. But, K. Michelle used the platform to launch her career, as did Cardi B.
Now, there are tons of artists with aspirations of getting on these shows in order to boost their careers. Meanwhile, “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” is the only show that actually has a primarily artist-led cast. With reports of Keyshia Cole leaving the show, another R&B star is joining.
Word has it that K. Michelle is returning to “Love & Hip Hop,” this time in “Hollywood.” K rose to fame, on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” as a regular on the first two seasons, and season five, and was a regular on “Love & Hip Hop,” during season four. Now, she is reportedly joining “Hollywood” for season five.
