Janelle Monae is also an activist, she was on the feminist wave, long before it was a popular topic. All of these elements will be present in her upcoming album. Right now, she has a lot of things that she has going on.
This morning, Janelle Monae stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where she sat down with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. In the interview, she discussed her new album, and the chance she had to work with Prince. Speaking on empowerment, Janelle Monae expanded on some of her other efforts.
