A few weeks ago, several rappers began jumping on “Who Run It,” which is Three 6 Mafia’s hit record, from 2000. The song was a classic back then and it’s sparked some classic remakes. So many people have been attracted to the record.
Even Juicy J jumped on the track, and he is one of the original performers of the track. This, plus the Cardi B “Bickenhead” record has gotten people back into Three 6 Mafia. Their popularity began to wane just before the streaming era.
Courtesy of the #WhoRunItChallenge, Three 6 Mafia has now become favorites, on streaming. The group has received a massive increase in their streaming numbers. To be exact, their streaming numbers have gone up by 200%, since the challenge began.
