Howard University fires six employees for embezzling financial aid money

This afternoon, Tyrone Hankerson broke the internet, after he came up off the university. A student at Howard, Tyrone was able to get over $400,000 in financial aid money. With that money, homeboy was out here buying everything, and living the lifestyle.

In situations like those, someone eventually has to foot the bill. There is no such thing as a victim-less crime. First off, the university has to pay, and those debts are trickled back to the other students, in one way or another.

Howard University has worked to get to the bottom of things. In reaction to what happened, Howard has found some employees they believe to be complicit in matters. These employees, six to be exact, have been fired for the embezzlement of financial aid funds.
