From a press standpoint, the past few years have been very tough on Bow Wow. Even though Jay-Z rapped about it, Bow Wow literally lived this. He went from being the favorite to being the most hated, with fans trying to clown him for doing the Cleveland Cavaliers halftime show.
All of this that is said about Bow Wow and it’s easy to forget that he’s made hit records. From 2000 through 2007, fans got used to Bow Wow dropping some huge singles. But, all of that changed, after 2007, and he struggled to make hits, and social media happened.
Bow Wow seems to be on the upswing, as he has his own reality show, and his new music has gotten good reviews. But, the thing about depression is that when it hits, it’s hard to get rid of. This morning, he made some concerning posts, on his Instagram, that sound almost suicidal.
