There has always been a relationship between the hip hop world, and the sports world. One of the first rappers to speak on that was Drake and he helped further blend the line. Back in 2013, Drake took on an official role with his hometown Toronto Raptors.
Aside from that, Drake has relationship with the top athletes. Back when it was the Miami Heat, Drake was best friends with the “Heatles” trio. Since then, Drake has befriended the Golden State Warriors’ core, initially Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond, now KD, too.
Drake is also big, in the NFL, and even lived with Odell Beckham, for a little while. The two have been the best of friends, and spent this past weekend cracking on each other. After Odell posted the pic of him and his bodyguard, Drake commented “Y” and Odell commented the same, after seeing Drake’s pic with Draymond.
