Here, in America, there is a lot of celebration, within the Black community, due to what happened in Alabama. Much of the credit of that electoral victory in Trump country is being credited to Black women, who turned out in droves. In fact, #BlackWomen trended on Twitter.
However, this doesn’t mean that things still aren’t happening, around the world. Over in Africa, there was a Black woman, named Star, who found herself slapped by a White woman. This altercation began when the woman got upset with Star for reclining her seat.
Clearly, Star isn’t one to back down, as she posted the whole ordeal on her Facebook. Along with details about what happened, she posted a video to go with it. In this video, she gets the woman to apologize, as she swears she will “never” do anything like that again.
