What’s ironic is that, a decade ago, hip hop heads didn’t want to pass the torch on to guys like Waka Flocka Flame. They felt their style was just a little too much to succeed. While those guys were different and did bring change, they were nothing like these younger guys.
Because of social media, the behavior of guys like BoonK and Lanze has become normal. These guys do all kinds of things, just for social media. Their antics have overshadowed their music and the music is mostly antics, within itself.
According to reports, Lanze got shot sometime yesterday. He shared a video of himself at the hospital. There, Lanze’s hand was bleeding, as it had been stabbed.
