Since 2014, Lil Wayne has been a virtual nonfactor, in the game. This change took place when Lil Wayne called Birdman out for holding up Tha Carter V album release. Fans were originally expecting the album to be released, early in 2014.
Lil Wayne last posted a hit single with “Believe Me,” featuring Drake, during the summer of 2014. Until that span of time, Lil Wayne had at least one hit record every year, since 2007. But, this streak changed, and Wayne linked with TIDAL to put a project out.
This morning, Lil Wayne found himself back in the headlines. There has been anticipation for Dedication 6, for some time. According to a DJ Akademiks tweet, the project is coming on Christmas Day.
