During the summer of 2017, Moniece found herself wrapped up in some drama. However, this drama wasn’t coming from any of her cast members, on “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.” There, Moniece has a lot of rivals who would love to take shots at her.
While Moniece will forever have Hazel-E and Alexis Sky to contend with, she has bigger problems. Her own brother, DJ, is going through mental illness. He called her out on social media, leading to a social media spat between the two, and their mother, Marla, each on one side.
The entire family, including Moniece’s father, David, made the much-discussed Dr. Phil appearance, today. This episode saw them deal with the issues DJ is going through, as he claims to have written Beyonce’s last album. What was going on, here, drew ire from many people, including Janet Hubert aka the first Aunt Viv.
