The month of September began with one of the saddest stories. A teenage girl, who was only nineteen years old, died while she was partying with friends. When she should be in college, or just finding her way, now she is dead, Kenneka Jenkins is her name.
Worst of all, the people with her seemed to know absolutely nothing about her death. This led to her mother and sister speaking out about what was going on. Ultimately, video evidence proved Kenneka Jenkins took a wrong turn and wound up in the hotel’s freezer.
Still, nothing will ever make the death of a nineteen year old okay. But, in the end, all people can do is move on and begin to pick up the pieces, which starts with a funeral. This afternoon, a service was held for her, and the footage ended up on social media.
