If anyone’s reputation needs a shot in the arm, right now, it would be none other than Bobby V. Way back when, Bobby V was signed to DTP and he posted some hit records. However, Bobby V would be the first to leave Ludacris’ label.
Following his DTP departure, Bobby V began working as an independent artist. His run took him to “The Breakfast Club,” as he went up there to promote one of his independent albums. It looks like the last indie Bobby V album will be his last indie release.
Bobby V made a big an announcement, yesterday afternoon. After a decade since he left Def Jam, Bobby V is returning to the major labels, as he said he would, if the price was right. But, he has returned to announce he signed an album deal with Universal Records.
