A lot of people probably didn’t even realize Sevyn Streeter, when they first heard her. Known for working closely with Chris Brown, Sevyn provided background vocals for “She Ain’t You,” his 2011 single. She even made a cameo in the music video.
Sevyn Streeter returned, late in 2012, with her “I Like It” single, which peaked early in 2013. During the spring of 2014, her “Next” single found success. That record was one of the first, where she opened up on her relationship, opening the door for Girl Disrupted, her debut album.

Their conversation centered around her Girl Disrupted album, which dropped a little over two weeks ago.
