Damian Marley on his new album, working with Jay-Z, and growing weed in a prison with Big Boy [VIDEO]

Earlier this week, Damian Marley was back in the spotlight, when Jay-Z delivered the “Bam” music video. Since 2009, Damian Marley has had a strong hand in rap. Back then, Nas linked up with Damian Marley for their Distant Relatives album.

Damian Marley has now collaborated with Jay-Z on 4:44, an album many say is his best. Given the acclaim of Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint, giving 4:44 the best title means a lot. Being on this album is also a good look for Damian Marley, aside from his heritage.

Big Boy had Damian Marley on his show, on Real 92.3, this morning. In their interview, Damian Marley spoke on music, his new album and working with Jay-Z. He’d also discuss growing weed from prison.
