While R. Kelly is often credited as one of the most-gifted names in music, he is also highly controversial. In the 1990s, he reportedly married the late Aaliyah, while she was still a teenager. A few years later, he was accused of having sexual relations with teenage girls.
Ultimately, R. Kelly beat the charges, but it left a stigma over him. He managed to continue to make hits, making some of the biggest hits of his career, following this. Now, he finds himself back in the hot seat, in a major way.
R. Kelly is facing major accusations of holding young women, aspiring stars in the music industry, against their will. These ladies are forced to be a part of some kind of cult. All of this is being said by the ladies’ parents, as they have reported to the police.
