Anyone who grew up in the Tupac era knows his life played out like a movie, down to the end. A lot of kids who grew up in the wake of his death always wanted a movie to come out. But, it takes a lot to ensure a movie about Tupac is done right.
When it comes to casting, they could not have done better than the person cast to play Tupac. Demetrius Shipp, Jr. is the spitting image of Tupac, it’s so uncanny. The first All Eyez on Me trailer had everyone’s jaw-dropping, when they saw him.
Demetrius Shipp, Jr., and the rest of the All Eyez on Me cast, stopped by Shade 45 to speak to Sway at “Sway In The Morning.” Although these guys never met Tupac, they most-certainly know a lot about him. This interview was spent with them telling those intimate stories about Tupac.
