Not accomplishing a goal is frustrating and for most rappers who are coming up, the XXL Freshmen list is a big goal. In 2016, Famous Dex was THE hottest new artist. But, he ended up coming up short of the goal of being an XXL Freshman.
Vanessa Satten, the editor-in-chief of XXL, spoke with “The Breakfast Club” about this. When Famous Dex came up, Charlamagne Tha God asked her, point blank, if this had to do with his video. For those who don’t know, there is a video of Dex beating up his girlfriend.
Famous Dex must’ve just caught wind of this interview. A few minutes ago, he took to his video to respond to her. He said a lot more, but “F that fat b*tch” is all that can be repeated, if that says anything.
