When Nas was working on Life Is Good, he teased fans for the longest with that album release. During the early summer of 2011, Nas built immense hype for the album. But, out of nowhere, he suddenly stopped discussing the album.
However, the summer of 2012 saw Nas drop his first album in four years and it was a classic. Some even say Life Is Good is one of Nas’ top three albums in his collection. Even though he promised to keep coming with albums, Nas ended up going on a five year hiatus.
Last summer, DJ Khaled featured Nas on his album on the track entitled, “Nas Album Done,” hyping Nas’ album. By the way, that album didn’t come, extending Nas’ hiatus to five years. Now, though, Nas is finally ready to announce his album, by revealing his album is indeed almost done, #NasAlbumAlmostDone was his announcement.
