No Kawhi? Rockets fans already schedule Game 7, because they believe the Spurs can’t win without Kawhi Leonard; But, will LaMarcus Aldridge steup up? #SpursVsRockets #NBAPlayoffs

Even though Kawhi Leonard is young, this is a veteran, battle-tested player. Some have argued that the 2017 playoffs has been his breakout moment and that he’s the top player in the playoffs. Not going that far, but Kawhi is a champion who played in two NBA Finals and won MVP.

Kawhi Leonard hasn’t been back to the Finals since 2014, when he won the series MVP, but he’s gotten better. The San Antonio Spurs have gone through small, but big, changes in recent years. Last year saw the team officially embrace Leonard as their leader.

In Game 5, the Spurs did what looked impossible for most of the game, when they defeated the Houston Rockets. But, what’s James Harden to a Manu Ginobili – GINOBILI!!! (Charles Barkley voice) – block. Regardless, Kawhi went down in Game 5 and Pop just announced he’s out for Game 6, and now Twitter is talking Game 7 like LaMarcus Aldridge ain’t suiting up.
