Every year, “Empire” brings in someone new for their spring season. In this year’s return, Tori Ash (Rumer Willis) is tearing things down. Willis first shows up, as Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) visits Jamal (Jussie Smollett) in rehab. Together, they are making some good music.
In this week’s episode, Jamal chooses to stop working with Tori, due to her giving their track to Lucious (Terrence Howard). Of course, Tori will stay in the Lyon family circle for much longer. Only two episodes in, there is plenty of drama left to unfold.
Rumer Willis stopped by Shade 45 to see Sway and the “Sway In The Morning” crew. During the interview, Rumer Willis spoke on how she ended up landing the “Empire” role. She would also sing live for the nation!
