One of the legendary producers in the game is DJ Premier, who has ties from New York City down to Houston. Through his career, Premo has made classic beats for The Notorious B.I.G and Jay Z, among many more. His position in the game has long been solidified.
DJ Premier is making some big moves, always, and has helped a lot of people become stars. The aforementioned rap icons are among those who received a boost from DJ Premier working with them. Now, he plays the role of an elder statesman in the game.
Recently, DJ Premier sat down with “The Breakfast Club,” talking with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. During the interview, he talked about how he and Guru linked up. Of course, he also told the rap stories about Jay Z, Biggie, and the other legends he encountered.
