Many R&B groups have come and gone, with New Edition being the first group of that kind. Soon, Jodeci, Boyz II Men, and all of the other groups became prominent. Now, New Edition is out here blazing the trail, once again.
New Edition is the first of these R&B groups to ever receive a biopic, which aired on BET. Previously, New Edition had plenty of discussion about doing a biopic, tracing the steps of their career. When BET was airing The New Edition Story, fans were wanting more biopics.
The next one will not be airing on BET, but it remains in the Viacom family. This time around, VH1 will be airing the biopic and Jodeci is the featured topic. According to Baller Alert, Mr. Dalvin made this announcement on his Instagram.
