Through the course of Donald Trump’s whirlwind campaign, his right-hand man, Mike Pence was rather quiet. But, despite his quiet demeanor, he became just as disliked as President Trump, if not more than. Many cite his political views for their reasoning.
From 2013 until he took over the Vice Presidency, Mike Pence served as the Governor of Indiana. Up for re-election in 2016, some political pundits felt as if Pence would lose his bid. The world will never know, seeing how he is now the Vice President.
However, Mike Pence has landed in more hot water after his interview with Chuck Todd on “Meet The Press.” There, he defended President Trump’s more-controversial bills, such as #MuslimBan, and called Trump’s willingness to call out other branches of government “refreshing.” The people on Twitter are eating the new VP alive for this one.
