Few people, outside of the major figures in the industry, are working as hard as Q The Question. A publicist and independent record label owner, SKE Records with Trel Mack, Q is always working. The hustle is paying off, just a little bit at the time.
Nothing to gloss over, SKE’s artists often land placements on many of the top hip hop publications. Being in people’s faces has given them near-equal footing with many major artists. Having these successes inspired Q to do his How To Make It In The Music Industry book.
Q The Question recently spoke to DJ A-Yo and he discussed putting this book together, which came second nature, due to his role as a publicist/artist consultant. He would go onto discuss his plans for 2017, which revolve around the label, where they are pushing Shawn Archer as the new lead artist. Then, he is also working with Neny Barbie.
