If 2016 didn’t teach anything else, it taught that racism still exists and is as strong as it ever was. After electing a black president in the biggest nation, it is something that should be over. Instead, people are still trying to hurt people.
During presidential campaign season truly showed everyone in their worst light. Then, after the election was over, racial tensions only got much worse. However, there have been many vocal celebrities that have spoken out.
Still, even they are subject to the same scrutiny, which Chrissy Teigen shared this afternoon. Right in New York City at the JFK Airport, Teigen said a reporter asked a very rude and racist question. This precipitated another Chrissy Teigen Twitter rant.
