Since the summer, Tamar Braxton has received plenty of bad press, for various reasons. When the summer hit, “The Real” announced she would not be returning as host. Then, more controversy ensued when people tried figuring out exactly what happened.

Tamar Braxton experienced a resurgence in her career in 2012, when she began appearing on “Braxton Family Values.” Since then, her music and television career picked up. But, 2016 ended up not being her year, in terms of career goals.

However, Kim Burrell has taken the spotlight, as far as bad press goes, following her anti-gay rant. Because of this, Ellen DeGeneres revealed she will not be having Kim Burrell on her show. Following this, Tamar went on an Instagram rant, calling most of the critics Trump supporters, but later defended how she said what she said.
