Hard work and a beginning is the start of every success. Heck, a beginning is the start of everything, to state the most-obvious. Right now, Viv is just beginning to gain her positioning in the world of urban modeling.
Viv has made a name for herself as a bartender and has become very popular. Being active any time she is invited to do modeling work, Viv has done several photo shoots. Each photo shoot has helped to raise her profile.
Recently, Viv took the time out to do the Hottie of the Week interview for Hip Hop Vibe. She shared her story of how she is coming into the game and what her absolute goals are. In addition to the interview, she shared some of her photos.

What attracted you to the modeling industry? When I was a little girl, my mom would sign me up for beauty pageants and I loved it. I loved being on the runway and in front of the camera. I think I’m good at it, so as soon as I turned 18 I took any opportunity I came across to start building my portfolio. Whether it be a fashion show or photo shoot or any bookings, I was there. Everybody starts somewhere in their career, as an aspiring model, I think.
How have you been gaining connections in the game? I’ve done a lot and worked with many great people that have helped me become a better model and I’m looking forward to what the future brings. I definitely have a buzz now a lot of people know who Viv is. Whether they know me as a friend, a model, a bartender, a twin, I’m very known in my city. I’m very lucky to be so young and in the industry. It comes with a lot, it’s very stressful, but I knew what I was signing myself up for and I’m ready. I’ve had the opportunity to work with many artists, models, rappers, photographers I’m very blessed I know a lot of people and I love to network and build connections that’s how you get your foot in the door, NETWORK!
Can you talk about the best qualities your man can have? The best quality my man can have is humor. He has to be funny and goofy like me. I hate serious dudes. He also has to be very ambitious and hard working. I don’t like lazy men. I just want to be with someone that I can build with and that will protect me not hurt me.
Do you have any goals of becoming a businesswoman? I can see myself being a businesswoman. I definitely think I have the mindset for it. I would like to build my own brand and become an independent agent managing my own models I definitely have some ideas that I’ve spoken on hopefully 2017 is the year that I can start making business moves.
You are currently in school, studying social work, what is it about social work that is interesting to you? I am in school for social work. I’ve always had a strong passion for helping others and that’s what made me want to go into this field. Growing up I experienced a lot, I witnessed a lot and it has definitely shaped my character I have a big heart and I just want to save lives and help people that have been in similar situations as me, especially kids. I love working with kids and our youth is our future so we have to do good by them and make the community safe for them.
