As DJ Drewski pointed out, Bianca used to go by Young B. It was under that name that she took over the game when the only rappers holding it down for New York City were Jay Z, Diddy, and Nas. This trio was considered “old,” yet they are here a decade later.
Unfortunately, Young B was unable to continue the success of her debut single. She found herself fighting the same hurdles as many other artists navigating NYC. This meant endearing herself to the DJs of Power 105 and Hot 97, mainly DJ Self and DJ Drewski.
Young B received a lot of flack from the “Love & Hip Hop” fans for her actually falling for Drewski’s White Chocolate crap. But, she was receiving a lot of flack for her hairstyle, too. There are several memes they have flooded Instagram with, making fun of her.
