Fans were so disappointed tonight, because they were expecting a new episode of “Empire.” Last week was arguably the best show of the season, with the Empire database being hacked. The most-memorable moment was Cookie’s (Taraji P. Henson) nudes being exposed.
While Gram (Romeo Miller) was blamed for the hack and properly beaten by Lucious (Terrence Howard) and his goons, led by Shine (Xzibit), Andre (Trai Byers) was the culprit. Demanding his father’s respect, Andre played dirty. Vaughn (French Montana) made it happen.
Tonight, fans fully expected to see the payoff after Andre revealed to Nessa (Sierra McClain) that he was behind it all. While fans did get their fix of “Empire” tonight, they ended up getting a rerun of the season premiere with Birdman and French Montana. It caused a major Twitter uproar that is still happening and word is there is another rerun next week.
