As the year of 2016 has provided all kinds of ups and downs, Wale has remained relatively silent. Last year, Wale dominated radio with “The Matrimony (Making Plans),” featuring Usher. A year later, Wale finally has a baby of his own.

Following a music career, before having a child, that includes music featuring Drake, Nicki Minaj, Jeremih, Chris Brown, Game, and more, Wale is at a place where he can break. Also, let’s not forget he did do an album with Jerry Seinfeld. He has more to come.

Yesterday, Wale returned to the headlines, when news broke of him facing a lawsuit for being a concert no-show. The story claimed Wale took the $25,000 for the show, but never performed. Upon seeing this, Wale took to Instagram and said there was no truth to the story, saying his DJ wasn’t present, so he wasn’t allowed to perform and being sued was news to him.
