Even though it’s much easier access and exposure in doing reality TV, many fans don’t take their celebrity status seriously. Last year, Brandi made her debut on “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.” Introduced as Ray J’s over-the-top friend, Brandi has brought the energy.
But, when Brandi went off on Masika and claimed Beyonce as her best friend, Twitter went in on her. They can’t wrap their heads around someone battling Masika and Moniece on TV being Beyonce’s friend. At the very least, they do know each other, though.
Brandi did meet with Beyonce at the “Formation” tour end and did appear in one of the Young Gunz’ earliest videos, when Jay Z was still working with them. But, jokes are much better than facts, especially on Twitter. So, when Brandi and Max started name-dropping Beyonce, tonight, Twitter was ready for them.
