Seven years ago, Nicki Minaj was among the biggest rising rappers in the game. She created a huge demand before joining Young Money, signing alongside Drake. Since then, Nicki Minaj has become the highest-selling artist in hip hop.
Nicki Minaj would join Jay Z in TIDAL, last spring, and has stuck with it through the ups and downs. This weekend saw TIDAL host their annual October event in Brooklyn. In typical Nicki fashion, she stole the show, but so did Lauryn Hill.
This morning, Nicki Minaj called into “The Breakfast Club” and she discussed the show. She would first address meeting Lauryn Hill for the first time, before speaking on her ABC show being postponed. With fans getting eager, Nicki Minaj discussed her new music, beyond the “pick my fruit out” joke.
