#AtlantaFX wins social media with another racially-incorrect episode that leads fans to prompt Donald Glover as a genius… again

Similar to Chris Rock’s “Everybody Hates Chris,” Donald Glover’s sitcom, “Atlanta,” is for the new-age viewers who “get it.” This show isn’t like any other on television. A major advantage it has is that it is also relevant to the time.

“Atlanta” chronicles the journey of Earn Marks (Glover), a man trying to make it as an exec in the music industry. His company is built around the emergence of Paperboy (Brian Tyree Henry). This has made for quite an interesting scenario.

Tonight’s episode saw Paperboy featured on a CNN-style roundtable type show that dealt with the trans-society. It began with comments Paperboy made about Caitlyn Jenner, but ended with a transracial man, transitioning from black to white and debating with Paperboy on this. Twitter, four hours after the show ended, is still talking about this.
