Diddy donates $1 million to Howard University, following concert [PHOTO]

diddy-howard-uBefore he became well-known in the industry, Diddy made a big risk, when he dropped out of college. He was initially a popular party promoter at Howard University. But, Diddy got on at Uptown Records and then started Bad Boy Records.

Diddy is now one of the leaders in hip hop, working with all of the heavyweights. Everyone from Jay Z to Ludacris has worked with Diddy, at one time or another. Now, even more artists are dealing with him via his Revolt TV network.

Now, everything has gone full circle for Diddy, as he has made a big donation to Howard. He received an honorary degree from the university, due to his contributions to the music and entertainment industry. Repaying them, Diddy donated $1 million to Howard.
